An interim order passed by Hon’ble Madras High Court have asked Patanjali to restrain using the word “Coronil” till 30th July. The petition was filed by a company Arudra Engineering Private Limited who claims to be registered owner of the trademark Coronil.
As per the petitioner company is been a registered trademark holder of the word Coronil since 1993.
